In this series, the self is confronted with a double of itself. Here, the photo is reversed and placed next to the original so that the person has a more literal conflict with the self. The subject is stripped of anything that ties them to the outside world and placed against a white background. The visibility of the face itself is key and the distinction between the mirrored and the original is explored via the layout of the composite image.
